Database provides real-time statistics for risk engineering

Data

RSA launched a new web-based application that helps clients and brokers manage their risk engineering data.

Launched at the Airmic 2014 today, RSAred provides data in real time in order to improve risk portfolio analysis.

Users will be able to view information, including:

Risk improvements - track the progress of the completion of risk improvement recommendations;

Quantitative Risk Assessment -review which risk improvements will influence the risk quality beneficially;

Loss Estimates - track the cost of the risks associated with their business to clearly see how to make improvements in loss expectancies; and

Hazard Analysis and Site details- allow users to take an in depth review of hazards associated with specific sites.

RSAred does not require installation of software on a company network but only an internet connection.

Jonathan Salter, Director of Global Consulting, RSA, said: “In our conversations with customers we have identified a real need to help them manage their risk engineering data worldwide. With this in mind we have developed RSAred, which will collect accurate and up-to-date risk engineering information about client’s businesses to help them with their overall business strategy. We will also be able to evaluate hazards effectively and make constructive recommendations to improve risk profiles.”

This application is part of RSA’s Global Consulting service which is based on working with our customers to continuously improve risk control management with practical, cost effective solutions in a partnership approach.
