New application rolled out in move to improve adherence to governance, risk and compliance
The Greater London Authority (GLA) has implemented a cloud-based application to manage issues across the capital.
Xactium Incident Manager has now been rolled out in offices across London in a move to increase the use of software to adherence to governance, risk and compliance.
The application maintains a central “single version of the truth” which it rates all issues against so that each one is allocated for resolution quickly and efficiently.
Xactium managing director Andy Evans said: “We’ve built on the strong governance, risk and compliance functionality of Xactium’s Incident Manager application to deliver a system tailored to the GLA’s exacting requirements.
