Mark Costin leaves Marsh’s UK aerospace team to lead the broker’s UK aviation practice
Marsh has appointed Mark Costin as the head of its UK aviation practice with immediate effect.
The London based broking role will see Costin further develop Marsh’s aviation hub.
Mark Weil, CEO of Marsh UK and Ireland, commented: “Mark has a strong track record of building strong relationships across the aviation industry and has gained a formidable reputation for his understanding of the broad range of risk and insurance issues our clients in this sector face.”
Previously, Costin was leader of Marsh’s UK aerospace team. This role will now be handed over to Oyin Heath, former deputy leader of the team headed by Costin.
Both internal moves are with immediate effect and will be based in the UK capital.
Costin added: “With companies across the aviation sector facing a range of challenges from safety to sustainability as well as the consequences of Brexit, I am excited to be leading the Marsh team in London as we serve clients from around the world.”
