Supersight Ceequence has launched Disaster Recovery Service to enable UK businesses to keep their call centres running in the event of a mishap. The service provides immediate re-routing of calls to an outsourced call centre, software to enable the relocation of the customer's own operations, including staff, to nearby premises if longer downtime is envisaged and a mobile unit to allow fast recovery at their existing or new premises.
